1. Service and operator
Muturio is a content discovery and social connection service operated by Kubilay Bayraktar in his own name. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to the website and application from 6 October 2026. The Privacy, Account deletion and Community and child safety pages explain related practices.
2. Your account
Muturio is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the service. Provide accurate account information, protect your account and do not impersonate others. Users who are not legal adults must obtain parent/legal guardian permission where required in their country. Member features require your affirmative age, terms and processing confirmation.
3. Your content
You retain rights to your original content. By submitting it, you give Muturio a non-exclusive permission to store, process, format and display it to the audiences you select, and to transmit it to the disclosed service providers to operate the selected features and safety checks. This permission does not authorize unrelated sale of your content and ends when it is deleted, subject to disclosed retention exceptions and copies other members already received. Share only material you have the right to use; respect copyright, personal data and safety. AI drafts require your review and publishing decision.
4. AI and sources
Suggestions do not guarantee accuracy, suitability or results. Review AI drafts and their sources before publishing. Third-party links are governed by the respective services’ terms.
5. Safe participation
Harassment, threats, fraud, spam, unauthorized disclosure of personal information and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Nudity, including adult nudity, and sexually explicit content are prohibited, as is uncensored real-world graphic violence outside a newsworthy context. Child sexual abuse or exploitation, related material and grooming are strictly prohibited. Use profile reporting/blocking tools or the in-app Contact and feedback route. 6. Service and account changes
Features and availability may change as the product develops. We may restrict an account or remove content for verified rule violations, security concerns or legal requirements. Contact [email protected] to appeal or request account information, correction or closure. Material changes to these terms or data practices will be announced through the service or contact details where appropriate; renewed confirmation is requested when necessary. 7. Membership, responsibility and applicable law
The Android Play application does not offer purchase or upgrade checkout. Existing membership access may be used; renewal cancellation remains available through Billing or support. Purchases made through the website are subject to the price, renewal and cancellation information shown at checkout and the payment provider’s applicable terms. Refund and consumer rights required by law remain available. AI suggestions, external sources and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory protections and competent courts or authorities available to users under applicable law.
