MUTURIO · 6 OCTOBER 2026
Community and child safety
Effective date: 6 October 2026. Responsible contact: Kubilay Bayraktar — [email protected].
1. Scope and minimum age
Muturio is a social application operated by Kubilay Bayraktar for people aged 16 and over. These standards apply to profiles, posts, images, private messages, clubs, connections and meetup requests. A child means a person under 18 for these child safety standards; the service’s minimum age does not remove these protections.
2. Strictly prohibited content and conduct
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking and facilitating such conduct are prohibited. This includes relevant real, altered or AI-generated text, images and links. Do not share, request or redistribute this material.
3. Report inside the app
Use profile reporting and blocking tools or the app’s Contact and feedback section to report safety concerns. You may also contact [email protected] with the subject “Muturio child safety”. Include the relevant profile/post link, approximate time and a short description; do not attach illegal images or redistribute them. Contact local emergency/law enforcement services if someone is in immediate danger.
4. Review and response
The designated contact reviews reports, removes access to confirmed prohibited content and restricts or closes the relevant account as appropriate. Necessary records are preserved securely, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the competent national or regional authority in accordance with applicable law. Automated safety checks do not replace this review or guarantee every item is checked before it appears. The responsible contact checks support email, app and website support queues and profile reports at least daily. Imminent danger or suspected CSAM receives priority action when discovered. Necessary evidence is preserved lawfully in a restricted case record; illegal imagery is not attached to ordinary email or copied to personal devices. Appeals may be sent to [email protected].
5. Designated contact
